This portal is used by Cheltenham Borough Council, Gloucester City Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council for engagement on the Strategic Local Plan and other planning policy documents.

A new phase of engagement for the Strategic and Local Plan began on Monday, 20 October 2025. We will be engaging on a number of topic and evidence papers. Each paper will be open to engagement for a six-week period.
