Regulation 18 - Scenarios
The Regulation 18 document sets out six ways new homes and jobs could be spread across the area. These are called 'Development Scenarios' and there include:
- Urban Concentration
- Urban Extensions
- Urban Extensions avoiding Green Belt
- New Strategic Settlements
- Rural Dispersal
- Sustainable Transport
