Greenbelt is often degraded by landowners so that they can apply for it to be redesignated as ripe for development.

Stop this allocate all AONB and Greenbelt for significant biodiversity gains and natural flood measures.

If this land is owned by developers then planning needs to force offsite BNG and Natural flood measures on these sites.
