Do not allow tourist destination policies to drive up the deevlopment of second homes and airbnb. These have to be low prioity compared to delivering long term genuinely affordable housing for the employees we really need - ie nurses, teachers, police, social care
The plan should drive up agricultural ecosystem development ie from farm to table (home/restaurant) or farm to other use eg willow furniture/biofuel. Particular emphasis on rules around farmshops, local produce restaurants and hydroponics based agriculture should be focus.
Great to see 4 about supporting home working, but doesn't it seem a bit prescriptive? If the strategic objective is to support and increase home working, I think it would be fair for more options to be on the table (e.g. economic incentives). The "home working" aspect could also be emphasised as a factor in improving transportation by reducing load on existing networks.
