Meeting the Challenge of Climate Change

I think there is an under estimation of the potential impacts of climate change especially in relation to flooding. With rising sea levels and increased precipitation due to warmer seas I suggest we need to challenge previous assumptions and mitigations. There is also insufficient consideration of the cumlative impact of development on sites close to areas that flood.

Secondly, may of the strategic developments that have been built out are currenlty increasing traffic rather than reducing it. This is because supporting infrastructure and facilities are mot being provided meaning thst people have to resort to driving further afield to access schools, hyekathcare and essential services such as Post Offices.
