I would like the following comments and questions to be considered and in relation to the development taking place in Minsterworth.
Development is taking place around local footpaths, what is happening to preserve these footpaths and their access for the community?
What will be done to support local health services? They are already at capacity, will new infrastructure be put in place?
Are tree perseveration orders being considered for existing trees? such as the oak tree on the land near the village hall and Ellis Bank Lane.
What is being done to support fibre connectivity to properties? New builds, such as those on Ellis Bank Lane, do not have access to this infrastructure.
Where news trees have been planted on newer build estates, however, they have not been cared for, as seen on Ellis Bank Lane. What is being done to address this? or what will be done?
Consideration should be made for the sustainable development of villages and the development of resources such as parks with suitable, accessible equipment for children and their families.
