We need a verity of housing suitable for both the young Adults and for the elderly to be able to mix. A good mix community helps and supports each other.
As Tewkesbury in in a high risk of flooding, consideration should be taken in to ensure that horses are built to with stand flooding ie they could be built on stilts so they main house is above the flood levels.
All houses should be able to have sola panels installed on the houses to reduced carbon in the atmosphere.
